MSE series 800-899 was built in June 1978 by ACF, equipped with EOCC, originally leased from Itel Rail Corporation. (p44 Jan. 2000 of RMJ, and p154 of "American Car & Foundry Box Cars, 1960-1981")The right photo is stock condition.
